Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You may stop using Punch'd and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
